WHY ARE WE DOING IT LIKE THIS?

  • which spreadsheet is right?
  • it's in my head
  • who owns this?
  • I can’t take a day off
  • we have a workaround for that

Sometimes there's a good answer.
Sometimes it's “because that's how we've always done it.”

I figure out what's making work harder than it needs to be, and what's worth changing.

Working together

what i fix

GET IT OUT OF PEOPLE'S HEADS.

The stuff only you (or one employee) knows how to do, written down

MAKE THE WORK EASIER.

Workflows, tools, automation, fewer unnecessary manual steps

MAKE OWNERSHIP CLEAR.

Responsibilities, delegation, handoffs, visibility, decision-making

KEEP IT WORKING.

Tweaking things as you grow + fixing what breaks

working together

Need a second opinion? A plan? Someone to come in and fix the thing? There are a few ways we can work together, depending on what you need.

CONVERSATIONS

Sounding Board

$75 / 30 minutes · $130 / 60 minutes

Got a work problem, a decision you're stuck on, a tricky people situation, or an idea you want another perspective on?

Bring it to the call. I'll ask questions, offer my perspective, and help you think it through.

What you get: A dedicated 30- or 60-minute conversation. Bring whatever's on your mind. No homework or formal follow-up.

Working Session

$300 / 90 minutes

For one specific problem you want to do something about.

I'll review what you share beforehand, spend 90 minutes working through the problem with you, and then take what we've learned and develop my recommendations.

What you get: A written recommendation with my suggested approach, why I'd take it, and what to tackle first.

PROJECTS

Process Assessment

From $1,500

When a process isn't working and you need someone to figure out why.

I'll look at how the work actually gets done, including the people, steps, tools, and handoffs involved. That can mean reviewing documents, watching the process in action, and talking with the people doing the work.

What you get: A clear picture of what's happening now, what I found, what I'd change, and a prioritized plan for making it happen.

Pricing depends on the scope. The starting package covers one defined process. We'll agree on the work and price before the investigation begins.

Implementation

Priced per project

Already know what needs to change? Or have a plan and need someone to make it happen?

I can build or improve workflows, systems, documentation, reporting, and automations, working with the tools you already have wherever possible.

What you get: The actual changes, not just a list of recommendations. The work and deliverables are agreed on before we start.

Ongoing Support

Scoped monthly

Things change. Processes break, tools need attention, and new problems show up.

I can stick around to maintain what's working, troubleshoot what isn't, and make improvements as your business changes.

What you get: Continued operational help within an agreed monthly scope.

You don't have to start with one service to use another. If you're not sure what you need, just tell me what's going on.

THIS IS WHAT I MEAN BY OPERATIONS.

What was happening, what I did, and what changed.

systems & automation

A growing company was manually searching 500+ contractor profiles, emailing possible matches one by one and building client recommendations by hand.

I started by automating the repetitive steps. Within three weeks, a process that used to take up to six weeks was regularly taking less than 48 hours. Then I built a larger system where contractors could manage their own profiles, the team could track progress, and invoices followed a standard process.

The important decisions stayed human. The repetitive work didn't.

meetings & people

52.5 HRS

of staff time freed up every week

Every Friday, 35 people spent two hours reviewing schedules and working through staffing conflicts.

I made sure projects were set up consistently, planned staffing further ahead, and had teams work out known conflicts before the meeting. Instead of reviewing everyone’s schedule, we focused on the people who actually needed a decision.

Two hours became 30 minutes, with the right people in the room.

reporting & visibility

$76.8K /YR

in reconciliation meetings eliminated*

PMs had their spreadsheets. Finance had another. The numbers didn't always match, and sorting them out took ten meetings every month.

I built reporting that pulled the numbers together, checked it against the existing spreadsheets until everyone trusted the results and eventually eliminated the meetings.

The meetings disappeared. Leadership got a near-real-time revenue view they could trust.

*Annualized value of meeting time, based on internal hourly rates.

vendors, budgets & production

I managed in-store marketing production for two global retail brands: more than 500 stores, multimillion-dollar annual budgets, campaigns with hundreds of unique pieces.

500+ stores

One store refresh involved nearly 3,000 SKUs. I coordinated with vendors, spent a week overseeing production, caught design and color problems before they reached stores, and worked through issues while keeping everything on budget and on schedule.

~3,000 SKUs

Sometimes operations isn't an automation. Sometimes 3,000 things just need to show up where they're supposed to.
